As the Career Love Coach, Mercedes Swan has a mission to close the representation, pay, promotion and inclusion gap for the 9.8 million Black Women in the U.S. Workforce. To address the inequities and lack of access to coaching and mentoring for Black Women, Mercedes has created the Career Love Community Scholarship to provide more opportunity to passion-driven professionals who need a little more financial support to make the investment.
The Career Love Community Scholarship is designed to provide membership to the community and is sponsored by the membership costs other Career Love Community Members. For every 10 community members, one scholarship will be granted.
Career Love Community Scholarship Recipients will receive access to all of the same resources and will not be identified in the community.
As all community members, scholarship recipients are expected to engage, contribute to and create a supportive environment.

Each Career Love Scholarship recipients must complete the scholarship application below. Scholarships are granted for a 6 month period, on a first-come-first-reviewed based and alignment with the mission of the community.
